Why we started this Dade City plumbing company

I’m Tim, and I started Plumbers Dade City FL because I kept hearing the same three complaints from people around Dade City: the price came out higher than quoted, the arrival window was all day, and the plumber never explained what was actually wrong.

None of that is difficult to fix. It just requires deciding that the customer is entitled to know what is happening in their own home. So that is what we built the business around: quote before we start, explain what we found, and turn up when we said we would.

• The price we quote is the price you pay. Written, upfront, honoured for 30 days.
• We’ll tell you not to spend money. If a repair isn’t worth doing, you’ll hear that — even when it means a smaller job for us.
• You get shown the problem. Camera footage of a sewer line, the failed part in your hand. Nobody should have to take a plumber’s word for something neither of you can see.
• Real people answer. Emergency calls reach someone who can help, not an answering service taking a message for the morning.
